Introducing BMC's Community Headshots Initiative

This special was created to make professional headshots more accessible while supporting Big Mood Creative through a challenging season.

Now through August 29th, headshot sessions will be offered on a sliding scale with a $45 minimum investment. While BMC's standard headshot sessions begin at $125, this special allows you to invest what feels comfortable for your budget while still receiving a high-quality, professionally photographed headshot. If you're in a position to invest beyond the minimum, your generosity helps make these sessions possible for others while supporting the future of Big Mood Creative. No matter the amount, your support is deeply appreciated.

The goal is simple: to provide an affordable opportunity for students, job seekers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who may not otherwise be able to invest in professional headshots, while helping offset recently lost wages and supporting the continued operation of Big Mood Creative.

Every session booked directly contributes to keeping BMC's doors open, and I truly appreciate every person who chooses to be a part of it.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a Community Headshot session with Big Mood Creative, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment is due at the time of booking. The amount you choose is your investment in your session, with a $45 minimum.

• Your chosen investment does not affect the quality of your session, the care you receive, or the final images delivered. Every client receives the same professional experience regardless of the amount they choose to invest.

• This special is offered on a sliding-scale basis. All investments are final and non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact Big Mood Creative by email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to availability.

• Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

• If Big Mood Creative must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your session will be moved to the next mutually available date.

• By booking, you acknowledge that this Community Headshot Special is designed to provide affordable professional headshots while supporting Big Mood Creative during a period of financial recovery. Your support is sincerely appreciated.
