Introducing BMC's Community Headshots Initiative

Hey Chicago! It’s Mayleen, your BIG MOOD CEO. I created the Community Headshots Initiative to make professional headshots more accessible while also supporting Big Mood Creative through a challenging season.

Now through September 13th, I’m offering headshot sessions on a sliding scale starting at $45 (normally $125+). You’re welcome to pay what feels comfortable for your budget, and if you’re in a position to give a little more, it’s very much appreciated!

This is for anyone who could use a professional headshot — whether you’re job searching, building a business, pursuing something creative, or simply ready for an updated photo.

Every booking helps me continue doing the work I love and keeps Big Mood Creative moving forward. My hope is to extend the initiative for as long as possible if this first round of bookings goes well. Thank you for your support and being a part of my community!

What's Included

• 20-minute individual headshot session

• Up to 3 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images

• Online gallery delivery within 2 weeks

• One location/background setup

• Studio located in Chicago (North Lawndale)

• Posing guidance throughout your session

Terms & Conditions

By booking a Community Headshot session with Big Mood Creative, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment is due at the time of booking. The amount you choose is your investment in your session, with a $45 minimum.

• Your chosen investment does not affect the quality of your session, the care you receive, or the final images delivered. Every client receives the same professional experience regardless of the amount they choose to invest.

• This special is offered on a sliding-scale basis. All investments are final and non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact me by email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to availability.

• Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

• If I must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your session will be moved to the next mutually available date.

• By booking, you acknowledge that this Community Headshot Special is designed to provide affordable professional headshots while supporting Big Mood Creative during a period of financial recovery. Your support is sincerely appreciated.
