Anita Machuca is a first-generation Mexican-Ecuadorian graduate from Loyola University Chicago majoring in Human Resources & Management, with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature. Currently, Anita works at Morningstar, Inc, with aspirations of one day becoming an Executive Recruiter. Following undergrad, Anita has decided to pursue her MBA at Loyola University Chicago with plans to graduate in 2021. She is the first of five children & the first in her family to obtain her college degree and hopes to be the first of many. During her time at Loyola, Anita served as the Co-President of the Latino Student Organization, mentored at Big Brothers Big Sisters, and was a student ambassador for the Quinlan School of Business. Anita has dreams of having an international career with a goal to make an impact in the areas of diversity & inclusion, education, & mental health. She wants to one day live in Spain, loves eating seafood, and was described as "Most Sunshine" by her peers.
