Una Mujer De La Villita

A short documentary about a young woman named Merary Flores Galindo who aspires to become a United States Congresswoman. Merary is from a neighborhood in Chicago called Little Village or La Villita and attends Morton College in Cicero, Illinois. In this short documentary shares her experiences growing up in Little Village and how she wants to improve educational resources and policy to provide more opportunities to youth from her community.
